Electrical Services
West Wing Electric provides electrical service calls, troubleshooting, walkthroughs, estimates, repairs, installations, project documentation, dispatch coordination, and related customer support in our service area. Service availability, timing, pricing, and scope may depend on site conditions, access, code requirements, permitting, materials, safety, and technician availability.
Information on this website is provided for general business and service communication. It is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation, written estimate, signed agreement, permit requirement, inspection, or applicable code requirement.
Estimates, Contracts, And Invoices
- Estimates are based on the information available when prepared and may change if scope, access, materials, safety conditions, code requirements, or customer requests change.
- When an estimate is approved and the required payment is made, the estimate may become the basis for a project contract and invoice record.
- California home improvement work may require written contract terms, notices, downpayment limits, progress payment schedules, change orders, permits, and other disclosures.
- Change orders, additional work, or revised scope should be documented and approved before the added work is performed.
Payments
Payment links may request a downpayment, progress payment, completion payment, invoice payment, or other authorized project payment. Card, wallet, ACH, Zelle, or other payment options may be offered depending on the invoice and payment provider availability.
For applicable California home improvement contracts, the initial downpayment may not exceed $1,000 or 10 percent of the contract price, whichever is less. Progress payments should correspond to completed work or delivered services, materials, and equipment.
Amounts not paid when due may delay scheduling, dispatch, project progress, document release, or completion of requested services. Customers are responsible for accurate billing information and timely communication about payment issues.
SMS And Electronic Communications
By providing contact information, submitting a service request, approving communication by text, or otherwise opting in to SMS communication, you authorize West Wing Electric to contact you by phone, SMS, email, or portal notification about service requests, appointments, estimates, contracts, invoices, payment reminders, account verification, technician updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services from West Wing Electric. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP where supported or by contacting us directly. Reply HELP for help where supported, or contact us using the information below. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
